Our Programs

Where Support Meets Opportunity

At Harmony Development Center, we believe every young person deserves the chance to thrive, no matter the challenges they face.

Across Broward County, we provide prevention, counseling, life coaching, restorative justice, and wraparound support for youth and families navigating behavioral health concerns, substance misuse, trauma, justice involvement, housing instability, and life transitions.

But we do more than respond to crises.

  • We strengthen families.
  • We build resilience.
  • We create pathways to stability, independence, and long-term success.

Whether a child needs after-school enrichment, a teen needs diversion support, or a young adult needs help transitioning into adulthood, our programs are designed to meet families where they are and walk alongside them every step of the way.

Because when youth feel supported, entire communities grow stronger.
